TAPEnSER is a Division (DBA) of BONBIEN, INC. A Texas Corporation. Our products are invented, designed in the USA, and manufactured in Taiwan for the best possible quality.
TAPEnSER is an innovative masking tape dispenser for painters, remodeling contractors, hardwood floor installers, auto body shop painters, and for use in offices, schools and at home.
Shipping Policy
We sell and ship only to customers in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.A. The cost of shipping is indicated on our websites bonbien.com, tapenser.com, and our authorized sellers: Amazon.com, eBay.com, Walmart.com, and TikTok Shop.
We reserve the right not to sell to buyers who provide an address and later request that we ship to a different address.
We do not accept returns from buyers who did not purchase directly from our website or from well-known online retailers such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
Occasionally, we sell to customers in other countries who contact us directly. We reserve the right not to sell/ship to certain countries. Please email us at bonbien@gmail.com if you are interested.
Return Policy
End-customer may return the product when buying directly from our websites for any reason within 30 days from our Carrier’s recorded Delivered Date; If the item(s) is damaged during shipping, you must take pictures of the damaged shipping box and the damage product inside; then, contact the Carrier/Shipping Company to report the damages; then, email us at bonbien@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization and return shipping label.
When you buy from a drop-shipping website retailer (Unauthorized by BONBIEN, Inc.), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Make sure you contact your drop-shipping website retailer. We do not accept returns from drop-shipping retailers or end-customers who bought from unauthorized drop-shipping retailers.

ANY PURCHASE OF TAPEnSER FROM OTHER SELLERS WHO SELL TAPEnSER FOR MORE THAN $75.00 (EXCLUDING TAX & SHIPPING), WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNS, REIMBURSEMENTS, AND/OR RETURN SHIPPING.
BONBIEN company does not offer any affiliate program to any company at this time, especially any company outside of the USA.
Be aware of Scams and Scammers!
Currently, there are online stores in Russia, Italy, Brazil… selling our TAPEnSER for half of our price when they don’t even have any TAPEnSER to sell. Don’t fall for SCAMS and SCAMMERS.

We retain your purchase information, such as your name, email, address, and purchase quantity for our tax record. We do not sell or give your information to anyone, company, or organization.
Terms
We reserve the right to cancel any purchase that is suspicious of a fraudulent scheme or spam via text, email, or phone call suggesting/requesting us to send the product(s) to a different address other than when you made the purchase. We send out the item(s) after the payment is received.
